Committee meetings are held as often as the committee considers necessary, but at least once a month.
A Special General Meeting may be called at the discretion of the President or on receipt by him, or his deputy of a petition signed by or on behalf of at least ten full members of the Association.
The minutes of meeting include: - The names of Council Members and others present at meetings - All resolutions, motions, and matters discussed at meetings, either Council or general meetings.
