Goals

For the financial year 2003-2004 the community wants to achieve the following key goals.

They include:

• The establishment of a CDEP program to encourage more local community members to become involved in work around the communities including the school, clinic, store, arts centre, council administration, housing maintenance and general council work
  
• To build three houses from the IHANT program allocation using local builder apprentices via the Builder Trainer Program
  
• To improve access to sport and recreation activities around the community by the completion of stage two of the Sports Facility Upgrade project
  
• Improved rubbish collection and tidiness of the community by the establishment of a CDEP program
  
• Maintain security by ensuring a dry community
  
• Establish a tyre repair service
